Review on FireView by Rick Everett

The platform is easy for me as an end-user / client, it's very customizable so I can create my own customizations that fit our needs exactly without having someone else do all of this work! It has been seamless in regards to getting up & running since we have had some IT staff who are not familiar w/GPS systems - they've built out several features which make using GPS much easier than before (like being able from any location). We're working through implementing many more services now including EMT dispatch but overall really like how everything fits together at once when building these types of solutions within one system instead multiple separate applications or websites etc..
