As a Brompton owner we don't have many water bottle cage options as the bike frame is not pre-drilled and the diameter is too big. wide for most other adapters. The Monkey Clip Adapter works pretty well, but two words of warning. First, do not overtighten the screws that attach the adapter to the frame. There is a metal insert, but it can tear off the plastic if you overtighten the screws. If you don't mount the adapter on the thinner top of the downtube, you won't be able to use the rubber protectors that come with the mount either. First off, the rubber isn't that thick, but because of that thin thickness, it's almost impossible to twist the adapter clamps together. Instead I used duct tape to protect the glory and it worked great. Second, take some Loctite and use it on the round parts that hold the bottle cage to the adapter. I bolted them fairly tightly, but the vibrations from the road caused the bolts to loosen over time. I hit a large tree root and my water bottle flew off with the round pieces. I added some Loctite and haven't had any problems since.
