Review on Garmin Vector Pedal Based Power Silver Sports & Fitness by Jared Stauder

This is the second set of these pedals that I have bought and I will be returning them again. The first version suffered from pairing issues and other connectivity issues. Garmin claims to have released a fix, but the problems persist over a year later. The pedals came with firmware version 3.5. Perhaps a newer version will fix the issues I'm having, but the pedals refuse to connect to my phone (although Garmin Connect recognizes them, they can't connect) so there's not much I can do about it. I've spent enough time on these things. For a little under $1,000, this product should be plug-and-play out of the box. If there is a problem with an older firmware version, fix it yourself and start shipping with an update. Once sent, there is little I can do about it. A very disappointing experience and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
