Five months ago, I decided to acquire Vertuo Next, and at the time, I had no idea that this purchase would lead to ongoing technical difficulties. Due to the fact that the machine needs to be cleaned after every other usage, I was only able to create sixty capsules during that time period. Together with the operator on the phone for an hour you run about it with a tambourine to turn on the coffee brewing mode (the regular cleaning mode does not turn on, and this almost embarrasses the representatives of the firm!). The fact that the capsules have been thrown away in their entirety does not appear to disturb anyone. It would appear that Nespresso has a cap on the number of used capsules that can be thrown. I have the want to toss out this piece of equipment. I caution each and every one of my close associates not to make the same error I did and to avoid purchasing this nightmare.
