Sweating is fun! My partner and I take them to the local park to practice our throwing technique. A large aerobic disc can fly a certain distance! This ball is great for throwing from a reasonable distance (through an open park) and is a little easier to catch due to its size and great glide. It's fun to throw smaller aerobes from shorter distances. This one flies through the air a little faster than the big Aerobee! We use it when we are in places with a lot of people/obstacles. Throwing an orbital boomerang was awesome! If you throw according to the little diagram and apply some force, it will actually return (to the area you threw from, not where you are standing). Unfortunately, when we tried to throw the boomerang on our third outing, it buckled, caught the wind, and shot over the fence of a nearby house. He was never found again. This one was especially fun to practice with because my significant other was REALLY excited to get him to master his technique and get it back. I'm really missing it in our arsenal, so I might consider ordering another device in the future if the price is right. TLDR; It's fun, keeps you engaged and really brings out the kid in you! (Me and my partner are 25 years old and enjoying it!)
