My SUV has 6 lug wheels and I have 2014 4-Runner TRD PRO wheels on it which meant I have the thicker .771" stock stock had to. .Eye diameter M12 X 1.5. FYI: I couldn't find stock nuts with the same diameter as OEM Toyota/Lexus at local auto parts stores. The thicker shank helps to true the wheels in the same way as the hole in the center of the wheel. I bought these because I didn't want to pay $200 for 24 nuts at $8 each (approx) from the dealer, so after checking eBay and comparing them I found they were better value for money. When they arrived I examined them and found that they were made of high quality chrome. Not gem quality, mind you, but good enough! I mean, you don't want to wear battered, shelled and sloppy nuts on a trip when you've just invested a few shekels in your wheels! I also have an LX-470 but it requires a larger M14 X 1.5. So be careful and make sure you do your due diligence before ordering because "Shipping Alert" is the new law of the digital jungle and it's always at play. BTW, don't forget to wipe down the threads on the cleats and then apply some anti-seize to keep them from fraying or peeling, and also so you can easily remove them years later if you have a flat tire. Also, you won't break the bolt! Of course, tighten them in a star pattern with a torque wrench according to the factory specifications, otherwise you will load the wheels unevenly and possibly break off the bolt later. IIRC, my torque was 83 lb-ft but yours may be different - so don't be an idiot and check it out!
