Terrible to use: Fasteners

These racks are terrible to use. The screws have a Phillips head, which isn't a real Phillips (it needs a wider open square in the middle, not just two narrow Phillips) so Phillips screwdrivers won't fit. Also, the screws on one side of the posts don't go in easily, they have to be screwed in with force. It's so annoying I'm sending the box back.
