Don't buy this cheap junk and save your hard earned money! I bought them to knead cookie dough. As soon as I started scooping up at least 6 scoops of cookie dough, the 3 Tbsp spoon broke! Some of the small metal mechanical parts in the pen flew onto my counter while I was scooping! I looked at the piece and it broke in half rendering my shovel useless and beyond repair unless I had a spare or didn't know how to weld metal which I can't. Unfortunately I can't even return this broken piece of junk as the return policy ended the day after purchase! Basically, the seller knows the stuff they're selling is junk, so the return window ends before you even receive your delivery of the product.
