This again highlights some of the positives and negatives of this mirror. Advantages: * Nothing protrudes from the steering wheel, helmet or glasses frame. * Will not get wet when it rains. Even if you can barely see ahead through your rain-soaked glasses, the image in the mirror is crystal clear.* Stability. Once mounted, the mirror will not need to be adjusted if you are careful when cleaning. Outside mirrors are usually offset * Fred factor. Let's face it, most mirrors look a little silly. Disadvantages: * First place. The mirror should be placed exactly in the corner of the eye and not as shown in the instructions. Perhaps you could put a dot on the magic dot on the outside of the lens to save time in the future. It's best to work inside out until you can see from behind and then adjust vertically. I also rotate the lens down in the frame until the lower left edge touches my glasses.* Glasses compatible. I suspect that some goggles rotate so much that it will be difficult to get them to work, especially. for people with narrow eyes.* Cleaning. You must be careful when cleaning the inside of the lens so as not to dislodge the mirror. If you have sweaty eyes like I do, the mirror needs to be cleaned from time to time and then touched up a little.* Claustrophobia. The mirror is so close to your eyes that your eyelashes can brush against it. I have, but I don't mind.* Change glasses or contacts. Since it is quite difficult to attach a mirror, most will prefer to buy one of these mirrors for each lens or pair of glasses. Moving the mirror between the lenses would use up a lot of the available tape. Do yourself a favor and use a pair of photochromic lenses, skip a few lenses. Rudy Project photochromic wallpapers are very good.* Special glue. The mirror comes with double-sided tape that offers a relatively weak hold. Other tapes may stick better, but may also damage the lens. You may run out of tape depending on how often you position.* Field of View. Take-a-Look and other glasses or helmet mirrors show more. I turned my head a bit and easily solved the problem. I was expecting that a large dot in the field of view could be distracting, but it really isn't. It's so close to the eye, it's just blurry. And the part of the view it's blocking is easily identified by an unconscious slight turn of the head. Overall my favorite mirror despite the flaws and I've tried several. I also tried the third-eye version of this mirror. I like this option better because it has a slightly larger mirror surface, so it works with more glasses and has a larger field of view.
