Surprisingly good little mirror

I've tried over ten types of mirrors on my bikes - helmet mount, handlebars etc - and have been using helmet mirrors for eight or nine years. What annoys me is that after two or three years they are always loose and saggy with every bump, which is annoying and has to be replaced. I saw an advertisement for these little mirrors and decided to give it a try. Reviews were mixed, but the price made it a viable option. When I received the mirror I was struck by its tiny size, but as in the previous…

That's not a calculation.

I don't understand the difficulties people have with this little mirror. You don't need to fully understand what's happening behind you, you just want to know if a car is approaching you or not. is your partner still driving behind you or not? I've been using it to commute to and from work for over 10 years. Two spots when driving to work where I need to align two lanes left and one spot on the way home and this mirror works perfectly every time. Place the mirror on the top left side of the…

Here in eastern Pennsylvania, hundreds of miles of quiet, scenic back roads roll by my side. Unfortunately I have to drive on busy roads to reach them. Many roads have cracks or broken shoulders, and some have no shoulders at all. And as any road cyclist knows, sometimes there are riders who like trying to untie the Velcro on your gloves as they ride by. So it's vital for me to have a mirror to keep track of the movement behind me. I've used various helmet mirrors and clip-on goggle mirrors and

Very nice, with reservations

This again highlights some of the positives and negatives of this mirror. Advantages: * Nothing protrudes from the steering wheel, helmet or glasses frame. * Will not get wet when it rains. Even if you can barely see ahead through your rain-soaked glasses, the image in the mirror is crystal clear.* Stability. Once mounted, the mirror will not need to be adjusted if you are careful when cleaning. Outside mirrors are usually offset * Fred factor. Let's face it, most mirrors look a little silly…

Performance and Safety Issues

I decided to try the product to see how it works. Given the cost, I thought it was worth a try. I'm a quality engineer with 35 years of experience in product performance and safety testing in the medical device and consumer goods industries. I have also been a sports and recreational cyclist for 39 years. I attached a mirror to my cheap, razor-sharp sunglasses I use for horseback riding. Assembly was pretty easy. First I placed the mirror on top of the glasses without removing the adhesive…
