I have a 12 year old husky of 65 kg and a small dog of 15-20 kg, we are in a house without a fence pulled and since we rent, we can't do anything with it. So far this case has held up. It sits fairly firmly in the ground, even if the husky pulls on it occasionally. But he's also old and not as motivated to walk fast due to aching joints. I bought this one because it screws completely into the ground, which I think would be better than one that is straight but is a few inches off the ground and could potentially bend. So far I'm happy with it. I feel pretty good about leaving the dogs there for a while. I have both set to the same and it has worked so far. I have no idea what's going to happen if it snows or anything, and I don't leave them there all day, just for a while if the weather permits.
