The silicone blade of this mop is too hard for comfortable use in the shower. This tool might be good for cleaning windshields or other "heavy duty" jobs, but it needs a much more flexible blade for use on fiberglass shower screens. I find I have to apply excessive pressure to get this tool to work well, which means more work and more noise than my old rubber scraper. would be perfect, but that certainly doesn't apply to what I just got. When used with light pressure, this blade does not remove enough water from the surface. If used with enough force to remove water, it makes too much noise. I'll admit the size and shape of this tool is almost perfect, but I really wish it had a semi-flexible silicone blade. I've only had this scraper for a few days, but I'm already looking for something better.
