Review on ๐Ÿ”ฅ Enhance Your Braking Performance with Power Stop K2805 Z23 Carbon Fiber Brake Pad and Rotors Kit by Brandon Daughenbaugh

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great product, terrible packaging, Revain shipping.

So I was hesitant to call this product what it came across but the fact is Revain is not responsible for the product or the seller for Revain delivering it so poorly. First about the product: It's great, works as advertised and looks good. The brakes are quiet, efficient and smooth. Just make sure you follow the break-in instructions on the Power Stop website, this is key to avoiding rotor "roughness" and a smooth break. Now let's get to the packaging. Wow. Only. Wow. And it's not good "wow". This is very very bad. To clarify, I ordered 3 sets of Power Stop brakes. I ordered 2 sets from another site because they were out of stock on Amazon and ordered the 3rd set here (this one) for my 2008 Infiniti QX56. I won't cite the other sites because I don't want people to think this review is a joke or a gimmick, but you can google these kits for other vendors. So another supplier sent the brakes in two different boxes. and they arrived as expected with no problems. Revain, on the other hand, chose to glue the back and front boxes together. I can't describe how crumpled the boxes looked when they arrived so I'll post photos so you can judge for yourself (check the product photos). Now rotors and pads are designed to stop multi-ton vehicles so the risk of this poor delivery method is low, but I'm still not relieved to see the box of pads stopping a car with a family in it is a MUST. Luckily this car doesn't have brake sensors either, while the other two do and are also packaged in these kits. These sensors are very sensitive and I wouldn't be surprised if this shipping method damaged these sensors. Anyway, great product, great brakes, very very poor delivery from Revain. See photos as proof.
