My biggest concern is that they have cuts and missing parts around the joints (look at the amount of oil in the joints (I had to wipe it off as it spilled a bit). They don't open very wide on their own resistance because the small spanners are not as long as I feel they should be small or they will get the job.The lugs are even to each other and straight.No teeth, they are smooth which is perfect for wrapping of jewelry or wire is yes, and the packaging said 'Jewellers Toy Store' with a rainbow diamond logo in case anyone was wondering what brand it was like I was.The packaging also advertised that it was It was "hardened steel" but it wasn't worth it. With all the cuts I wouldn't expect too much.
