My intention in penning this critical evaluation of the Justay online store is to serve as a cautionary tale for other customers making purchases from that particular retailer. Justay provided me with a terrible experience, and I deeply lament anything that I purchased from them. To begin, the products that they show on their website are not necessarily the ones that you will receive. The clothes I purchased appeared to be of low quality and were poorly made; the way they were pictured on the website was not at all what I received. In addition, Justay does not have any kind of customer support available. Because they never respond to your emails or phone conversations, it is impossible to return or exchange anything you've purchased from them. I had an article delivered to me that was damaged, and I attempted to get in touch with them so that I could return it or get a refund, but they never responded. The purchase was a complete waste of my money, and I ended up getting rid of the object. Another problem with Justay is the length of time it takes for their packages to be shipped. When I finally got in touch with them to inquire about the delay, they pointed the finger at the shipping business and said that it was their fault that the order took so long to arrive. Because of the aggravating experience that I had with them, I will never purchase with them again. In conclusion, I strongly recommend that everyone abstain from shopping at the Justay online store. They are perpetrating a fraud and will take your money without providing the goods that were advertised. Avoid unnecessary anxiety by only shopping at respected establishments that provide superior service to customers.
