I wanted a cleaner solution to charging a 12v battery without dangling wires, this is the perfect Tesla solution, I just needed to get an extension connector from the battery to this one SAE plug, which is installed on the inside wall of the trunk. 12AWG is a great good plug and comes with the screws you need to attach to the plug.
