Fits my 3.7L '06 Grand Cherokee. Very quiet operation and reduced vibration. I bought this after the muffler shop changed "OEM". What they wore made my jeep look like a country truck. I'm not good at it, I just need a quiet job. When you receive these you will need to ensure you have purchased the **intermediate pipe** which is **required** for the installation. Either buy one or cut one off your existing muffler. Standard silencers have a welded-on intermediate pipe. So if you cut it off you'll probably have to weld it on as there won't be enough extra pipe left on it to clamp with adapters.
