Compared to Blitzu, this is the best selling rear light. Battery life: For me the most important point. I'm very concerned about safety as I cycle 26 miles to work every day. I want to make sure all cars can see me. So it's important to make sure it works consistently. It can take me about 1-2 months between charges. For Blitzu I had to charge it every 2 days. Brightness: Flash is brighter. However, cygolite is bright enough. Installation: Both options are easy to install. Blitzu seems to be a bit more flexible in terms of installation location. Both models claim to be waterproof. There is cygolite. My Blitzu broke in the first week after getting wet. For the money, Cygolite is way better. I will never buy a taillight again in the future.
