After reading other reviews I noticed that the ones that had the most success mentioned folding the pieces of wood twice. It worked great! I did notice that some of these had trouble igniting or burning at first, but I found that if you hold the lighter on the wick for a while, once it's well charred, it will ignite! They'll take some experimentation, but they're worth it once you get the hang of it!
