It was nothing short of a disaster for me to recently shop online at GIGAPHONE. They claimed to have high-quality equipment, but the items I got were poor quality and not worth the money. My show was ruined by the dull sound of the guitar I bought and the numerous bugs in the wireless microphone setup. The purchasing procedure was a complete mess, which made things even worse. The website was challenging to use and confusing, and it took me a long time to finish my buy. And I got rude and unhelpful responses when I attempted to call customer service. It is obvious that GIGAPHONE does not genuinely care about the happiness of its clients. I would never suggest their goods or services to my followers in my capacity as a social media influencer. Look elsewhere if you want to buy high-quality musical instruments and accoutrements.
