I have a 500g version, almost identical design and it has a problem with the T button and I went with this one. Advantages: - 1000g with 0.01g resolution - Rechargeable built-in battery. Ideal label to protect buttons from water. (huge+) - low profile, gives good clearance for installing a toll system under a portafiler - allows calibrating with 100g, 200g, 500g. and I used a weight of 200g for sizing. Cons: - No timer - Sometimes when I take the weight off the scale the scale goes below zero and quick taring solves the problem. I watched this with the timer but I don't like two things: - 3kg with a resolution of 0.1g. It's not a deal breaker and people report being very responsive. - The 1.5 inch thickness can be an issue for using under an espresso portafilter.
