Update: They came to me with a bunch of excuses. I refuse the warranty cap, I only ask for a replacement of the straw cap because it is leaking. 5 emails with them really? I have a bad batch of lids, it's so difficult to ship the lid. Lolth's warranty went out the window, don't worry. 1 star for guarantee. Based on other reviews, the problem is that the cap they provide leaks and doesn't flush into the crevice of the bottle. it's just not my problem with it. I would say QUALITY CONTROL? what happens to this simple supply and demand. all 3 caps are not flushed with the bottle. For the price, it's a bottle you'd use for about a month and then it just ends up in the cupboard collecting dust. LOOK INTO ANOTHER IF YOU WANT THE CAP DOESN'T LEAK AND HAS A GAP IN THE BOTTLE.
