Ease of use, ability to customize fields or create new ones in real time without requiring data entry at all times to capture what is needed from an update standpoint; also it's intuitive once you get used to using any program. I would like more customization options for the front end interface with customers. For example, being able to change some fonts or colors in order to present information better visually for the customer. Currently we do not have this option as far as I am aware but i'm sure someone knows how to make that happen! TransparentEarth has been a life saver when needing to track field notes. It allows us to pull up a document and enter information and see it updated within seconds after logging back into our account online rather than having to go through multiple spreadsheets on paper to ensure accuracy and consistency between each one. This software makes our jobs easier by allowing us to easily keep accurate records while ensuring compliance across every department/project. We are tracking project schedules which helps to assure the entire scope of work Transparent Earth has been a great partner in our journey to optimize our asset management system. They have had an in-depth understanding of our business and have been able to implement a variety of solutions to help us manage our assets. They are constantly listening to our needs and are always looking to improve our system. Transparent Earth has helped us streamline our asset maintenance process.
