Don't let the food overheat and rinse it right away it's a great find

I didn't want to spend money on them if they warped and got dirty. Still, I love these pots and pans. There were stains in one pan but that's only if you keep cooking and they settle in the pan. I'm talking about the small amount of food that stays in the pan after everyone has eaten themselves. The key to keeping them white is to rinse them right after cooking, or if you must leave them in the pot, turn off the heat. I got one of them dirty after leaving it in the pot with some food on heat. Realizing my mistake, I scraped it off until it was white again. Definitely put in some effort. They are also not scratch resistant. My friend used a metal serving platter and she ended up scratching the bottom. Otherwise I love her. They really are non-stick and cooking with them is a dream. Like anything else, if you take care of your stuff, they will take care of you. I've had them for over a month now and they still look brand new. I also cook healthier because you don't actually need any oil.
