Within 6 months of buying these pans the non-stick coating had completely worn off when cooking over medium heat. I wrote to the company about my warranty and they said they don't cover it because it wears out due to the pan overheating (anyone?). Very disappointed with the quality and customer service. From now on I only order All-Clad.

Very poor quality. When I first got them I washed them in the dishwasher (they claim to be dishwasher safe) and the whole floor stained instantly. After several months of use, the ceramic discolours. At first I decided to use the doubt and thought that maybe the people writing the bad reviews just aren't familiar with the use of ceramics. As someone who has experience with many different pottery sets I can definitely say this is the worst of them all.

Bought this set (and extra skillet) for my husband for Christmas. When testing the ceramic non-stick effect RAVES received after unpacking and first use. We were concerned about using nonstick surfaces in our everyday cooking, as most people do these days, and while we've never cooked in ceramic-coated cookware before, we were pleasantly surprised. -fal, but it's too early to say how long that will take. We hope this set will provide our family with excellent nutrition for years to come.

Don't let some reviews fool you. Most of these reviews are from people who have just received the product and have not used it for a long time. I use it almost every day and after a few months the pans are just garbage. All the handles are loose, the inside has turned brown from regular use and everything is now sticky. I didn't want to spend money on them if they warped and got dirty. Still, I love these pots and pans. There were stains in one pan but that's only if you keep cooking and they settle in the pan. I'm talking about the small amount of food that stays in the pan after everyone has eaten themselves. The key to keeping them white is to rinse them right after cooking, or if you must leave them in the pot, turn off the heat. I received these pans at the end of May and didn't use them straight away. It's now the second week of July and the smallest pan already has scratches and burn marks. Tefal advertises that their product is scratch resistant and stays strong. It's not true if the frying pan is what I have. I haven't had any problems with other pans, but I use these for eggs. I contacted Tefal and via email the rep was very blunt with me and made it very clear that they would not replace a frying pan that is out…
