Not bad, but not good either. You get what you pay for.
Reminds me of galvanized steel, not galvanized steel. Because most carbon steel is dark in color due to the addition of carbon when turning iron into steel. This is a lighter steel that's galvanized and covered in some kind of coating so it won't rust for weeks.
