Excellent travel lens for Sony A6xxx cameras. The stabilization is surprisingly solid. The optics aren't bad, especially considering the zoom range and the price. I usually buy used camera gear and bought one of those Tamron lenses that was used on Revain but I had to return it. Early versions of this lens didn't focus as well as later ones and the ones I got had trouble focusing at all. Current production lenses work fine and can use both CDAF and PDAF with focus on the A6000 series. I am only selecting the Revain, not the lens itself. The lens (in the box) was sent in a bubble envelope, not a padded box. I was lucky that the lens got to me safely. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if the lenses sold as used returns that were too damaged in shipping this way were sold. Food for thought, I would recommend buying a new one.
