Review on Cloudpermit by David Cook

The ease of use with such an extensive library available through this program! I can't think about anything that would be improved upon at all here - it's just perfect as far as what we need from our permitting process goes (and there are many more features than you could ever possibly want or imagine). We've been able solve some issues related to obtaining permits by using their system instead; however, they also have great support staff who will help get things set up if needed/wanted. The ability of creating an integrated system with other third party applications (such as ARCHiVE). Also we can save time by not having multiple systems that do similar things but are separate from eachother so less data entry needed during construction phases or when submitting permits/emails etc., also it's more efficient than using paper forms because you don't need someone else physically going back thru files looking up information about existing plans.
