Review on OP TECH USA Digital Nature by Jerome Brooks

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Two thumbs up. fits bags and cases

I bought an OP/TECH D midsize soft case for my Sony A6000. I've tried different cases and camera bags, but none of them satisfied me. OP/TECH that I'm happy with. I have a Sony SEL18200LE lens on my camera. The case fits the lens very snugly when the lens hood is inverted and fits loosely around the camera body. Because it fits loosely on the body, it can be taken off very easily and quickly. I also like the latch attached to the tripod thread. I attached the bag to a snap socket with an internal strap and it works great for securing the bag when not on the camera. I can quickly remove the bag and leave it hanging under the camera when taking pictures. Only lasts a few seconds. The material of the case is thick enough to protect the camera from accidental bumps and scratches. This case received two positive reviews. Updated 08/30/14. I recently put the a6000 in a Sony LCS-EBC/B case to protect my body when it's not in my bag. I also added a Hoya Pro1 Digital CPL filter to the lens. The OP/TECH D midsize case now fits snugly around the lens (lengthwise) thanks to the added filter, while the body easily fits into a bag even with an added pocket. The bag fits my setup very well.
