1/2 hour after ingestion I'm in beast mode during training

I've been using it for 6 months now and it's amazing. I've always been a runner, never tried creatine for that (just for weightlifting here and there). I take this before my HIIT workout and after 1/2 hour I'm a beast. Although I'm in very good shape with five HIIT sessions per week for 15-30 minutes, I haven't run much on the freeway.
