Decent pay but some issues.

I bought this cutting board on the recommendation of a friend. This was to replace my brand new Boos board which had warped and split (literally) weeks after receipt. The Boos board was purchased to replace another unnamed board that has served me well for over 30 years. (The Boos board is rubbish. Obviously they no longer have quality control.) This board is decent and cheap. but. It's a little fiddly and noisy, and it's some serious hell on your knife blade. Due to the inherent hardness of the board, I have to sharpen my knives almost every time I use them. The board comes with 4 small rubber pads that raise the board a little, about a foot, to keep the board from sliding on your tile. If you don't add rubber pads, the board slides over the entire surface. a piece of cardboard under the middle of the board, between the rubber bands, that works much better.. albabe (9-21)
