I haven't had enough of this tape to speak of its durability but it has the best features I've found in a tape measure. My favorite features: 1) Nylon coated double sided tape with big numbers. 2) A large protrusion grasping the bottom and top and sometimes the sides. 3) Brake pedal down to slow down the webbing while winding. or to temporarily hold it in place when pulled out 4) A magnetic tip that I plan to use as a makeshift magnetic sensor if needed 5) Great result. I can get 10 feet. In terms of areas for improvement, I think it could be made a bit more compact. Milwaukee has made significant strides in reducing belt size while maintaining belt durability.
