Review on itmSUITE by Chase Johnson

ITmsuite has helped us to improve our process of workflows, reporting etc., which was not possible before with other tools. The software also helps in managing customer's feedbacks, issues or suggestions from time-to-time by creating respective tickets/emails automatically using rules that we have set up. I don't like anything about this tool as such but would say there are some minor glitches here and there when you use multiple tabs at same instance - may be due to my system configuration being old! Would suggest taking help if any issue arises while working through this product. We used to manage all types of projects, tasks & submittals within one platform so as to reduce manual effort involved during day-2 activities.
