New screws are a good idea, but if you can't get them here's how. 1- Drill a pilot hole. Make sure the pilot hole is slightly deeper than the screw, otherwise you will tear off the head. 2- Correct tightening of the screw must be flush. Resist the urge to add an extra twist to "make sure it's really tight". Otherwise the head will come off. 3-Apply some wax paste to the screw, then install SLOWLY. He will enter and sit properly. I had no problems with the screws. Just go slow and follow the steps above and you shouldn't have any problems.
