I broke it within 1 hour of use

Failed to load media. I think I broke it. I finally figured out how to use it and then tried opening it and putting more clay in to squeeze out more, but I think I broke it trying to open it. I can't open it from the top or bottom and it doesn't move when I try. I was so excited thinking it was official but I broke it the same day I received it within 1 hour of using it. I don't know how to feel. :/
