Review on EBC Brakes UD787 Ultimax Replacement by Omar Gonzales

I bought these pads based on reviews I read elsewhere and obviously I'm the first to review them here. However, these pads work perfectly. They are quiet and seem to stop the car fairly well (2007 Acura TSX). But. They are also the dirtiest pads I have come across. Be prepared to live with black (yellow) wheels, or plan to wash them frequently (e.g. at least once a week). And that too with new rotors. I expect they will be even worse on older rotors that have not been repainted. Ironically, the pads I installed on my 05 TSX are the complete opposite. The Wagner Thermo Quiet Ceramic Pads are cheaper, quieter and probably the cleanest pads I've ever used. I will actually replace the EBC pads on the '07 with Wagner pads so I don't have to constantly wash the wheels.
