If I had kept this Belkin it would have been my third. I ordered it in January. 7, received it on January 12th and it worked great until January 26th. Something happened - I have no idea what. It was actually bought to replace my Belking router which was too old to support the number of wireless devices we had and what we wanted out of devices. So I ordered this one based on ratings, reviews, research and the fact that I've had two previous Belkins and been happy with them. So, on the evening of the 26th, the router stopped working. On the 27th I called Belkin customer service - they were really good considering the guy's accent - and Belkin told me to send it back because I was unlucky enough to receive one of their products that was defective ( one of several thousand who are at the end). defective, he probably said). So overall I was happy with the WiFi I had, while I had it I was happy with the support I got from Belkin because they really tried to help me and unfortunately I only had one of the bad ones, I think. and before it all went down the drain the easy set up was great and all. Amazon refunded my money and I sent the router back - now I'm just trying to figure out which router to get to replace this one.
