The pressure is quite powerful: it is adjustable in the range from 1 to 10, the nozzles are removed / installed quite simply. I usually fill the fluid tank with regular clean water, sometimes I add rinse aid or special liquid for irrigators, both options are effective, but the rinse aid / liquid adds freshness to the breath. I have been using the irrigator daily for the past few months and have solved the problem with the gums, which is good news. After brushing my teeth with an irrigator, I appreciated the feeling of real cleanliness of my teeth. I recommend to everyone to buy.
