This is my favorite all-around shirt for training, sleeping and walking. It's the perfect combination of comfort (very soft!), athletic fit and quality. I have 8 of these shirts in gray and 5 in black as proof of how much I like them. I'm 5ft 10", 176lbs and fits me perfectly in a medium size. PS I have cheaper 3-layer t-shirts from other brands that I also like, but the AA t-shirts are really a step up in quality and justify the higher price.
