First I want to say that the seller has great customer service! Revain accidentally sent us an old model of the same scanner that didn't work with QR codes. They were able to confirm that they sent me the wrong scanner and got me a new one within a few days. I think it was actually quicker than going through Amazon. Now for the product itself, it just works. It required minimal setup and was very easy to get up and running. I'll be honest the scanning speed of this model isn't as fast as the older model I first had, but this one used a different laser/sensor so I can still find the best angle/distance to get the best reading get speed. . The best we can use right away is the continuous scan mode and the save mode. When taking inventory and tracking where things are (in boxes in the warehouse), this scanner makes the process so much easier and faster! So far so good, especially for the price. Definitely recommend trying it out!
