My baby is almost 4 months old and I ordered 12-18 months because other reviews said it was so small. It's a bit long for him, but if it gets cold in here, I'm sure it'll fit perfectly. If you have a stocky child, be aware that the wrists are a bit tight so you may need to make some adjustments.
