Review on 🔧 Enhanced Timken HA590315 Wheel Bearing and Hub Assembly for Optimal Performance by Thomas Unruh

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Questionable quality, maybe marriage? 50/50

I bought two of these for my Subaru Outback 06 because both front wheel bearings were bad. Installation was fairly easy aside from the rust. Both worked great for about a year until I had a flat tire yesterday. After installing the factory part, one of the front wheels started making a terrible grinding noise. Even with new tires the noise is still there. I checked and sure enough the wheel bearing was suddenly as bad as it could be (except it fell off right away). I was able to easily wiggle the assembly with one hand while the car was up. I bought a new one from NAPA and installed it, no play, no noise, problem solved. The other wheel bearing seems to be holding up fine, but now I'm worried it might be the next one. TL; DR Bought two, one broke after a year, others seem fine. Possibly questionable quality? Maybe I'm just stupid.
