Tensioner and tensioner installed August 2015 My February 2016 5 star review was, "Works well. NO loud, high-pitched creaks!” 01 Ford Taurus It's now October 2016 and the high-pitched squeaks are back. This is a Dorman tensioner. The Dorman idler pulley still works but I will be replacing it with parts from another manufacturer as it will likely fail soon. Dorman was great and sent me a replacement tensioner. This lasted until July 2017. The vehicle has done less than 5,000 miles. I will not even contact them for another replacement. Obviously bad quality.
