Item poorly packaged for shipping. My first was damaged because there was almost no packaging in the box. A few pieces of styrofoam but they are utterly useless if left in place. I had to have the unit replaced under warranty and the packaging was just as bad (fortunately undamaged). We can say that the device is made in China. Cheap plastic parts and metal parts are not as durable. The engine is smaller. It works and will work fine since I don't use that window.
