I had high hopes that this panel was a Sunpower item at a great price but after trying 2 it either has design flaws or just isn't compatible with my solar generator (ToGo Power Advance). With full sun and a direct line to the panels, it only brings 12 watts. I measured the current and saw the declared 18 volts but the current is only 0.94 amps instead of 5. This is with both the cable provided and the connection to the tester with a total distance of 20 inches between source and load. At the same time, it would be decent to charge the phone and it would take 13 hours to charge the solar generator from 50%.
