Fibrous Materials are a Problem

Fibrous pieces like green onions do not always cut cleanly and fibers get stuck and are hard to get out of sharp cutter heads. Consistent sizes are great and tearing odors are nearly eliminated.

Pros

Definitely saved me time in the kitchen. It is sturdy but when shopping the lid does slide a bit.
