First before you think about getting it: do your research to avoid using it on many parts of the body. IF these are the areas where you are thinking of using it. Don't buy it. Second, it's not that great. I rarely use it and it helps a little. but too little to help much, but enough not to bother bringing it back. It's more of a novelty than a useful tool. So let the buyer beware. Mine will sit on the shelf collecting dust until it cramps my leg; not what I bought it for, it cannot be used in this area.
