Review on Makita XPH07Z Lithium Ion Brushless Driver Drill by Brian Rogel

So I bought this Makita drill in November 2018 so the first sign I shouldn't have trusted David's tools was that the drill wasn't even in the manufacturers packaging, it came just an old airplane box with no instructions or manufacturer's warranty. I've used this tool three times to drill three 1/2 holes in sheet metal with a carbide hole saw and when I pulled it out to use it again it stopped working completely. I have several Makita tools that I bought from Home Depot and have never had a problem. Not to mention, everything came and is made in the box with manufacturer's warranty and manual so I have no doubts about the quality and finish of the Makita. So my problem is that the seller will never buy an instrument from this place again. When I contacted David's tools send me a link to repair shops for . Well it's a joke! I have purchased many different items from Revain and everything I have received has always come in new manufacturers packaging with the exception of this item.
