I used this mount for Anker's Roay dashcam A1. The mount was easy to mount on the mirror and from 16 available hinges I easily found one that matched my dashcam model. The bracket does not block the functions of the DVR or the mirror and does not block the view. I like this system instead of the suction cups that usually come with dashboards which I can't usually attach properly to the windshield. I recommend this mount to everyone. Oh before I forget. This mount comes with no instructions (at least I didn't have any) so it's good to do it yourself. I found the installation pretty easy. Yes, I actually purchased this mount and no, I'm not being paid for this review.
