Works correctly on first install

Find a video on YouTube yourself. If you're willing and have the right tools, this should take 30 minutes or less. I managed this in about 30 minutes including removing the door panel twice because I forgot to reconnect one of the wiring harnesses the first time and it fell out the door. Tools needed: 10mm socket with a long torx extension (I think it's a T25, quite large), a small flathead screwdriver, a plastic pry bar (I used a bike tire puller). Flashlight (yes, even during the day) Door The panel is removed using 3 10mm bolts hidden behind plastic covers, a couple of plastic clips on the sides and bottom, then lifted over the door to remove. Pull out the panel and remove the connectors, disconnect the wiring harness attached to the door handle. The operator is attached at 6 points: Torx screws on the door, 3 metal rods, pull cable and cable harness. door so you can see better. - Take a picture of the drive in the door so you can remember how everything is attached if you get lost. - My suggestion is to then first remove the bar attached to the yellow clip (tip: the clip will open if you push the tab OUTSIDE the vehicle). Then loosen the rod attached to the key. Do not try to detach it from the drive. It is connected to a red plastic clip at the top and can be removed by pushing the bar towards the REAR of the vehicle. - Remove torx bits. - Now you can move the operator in the door to disconnect the traction cable and wiring harness. The wiring harness is released by sliding the red plastic tab up. The 2 rods still remain attached to the operator, the key lock rod and the rod that leads to the lock indicator. Take everything from the door. To refit: - Fit the key lock rod and lock indicator rod to the new actuator. - Slide the lock indicator rod up into position in the door and reattach the key lock rod to the red clip. - Attach wiring harness and cable ties - Screw actuator to door with torx screws - Attach door handle shaft to yellow clip - Reinstall door panel with all wiring harnesses and cable ties
